As a Operational Specialist within Design Innovation at Summa my role is to strengthen Summa and our companies capabilities within design thinking, design driven innovation and storytelling. With a background as an entrepreneur, design leader and business designer from both ventures and corporate startups, I’m experienced in scaling and building brands, products and businesses using design principles.
My primary focus at Summa is how to build and leverage customer/stakeholder insights to develop new products, services, and market opportunities. I also support portfolio companies in strengthening their end-customer value proposition using the UN SDGs as a central element.
I was drawn to Summa due to their purpose of change, as this relates to the core value of design – the ability to create positive impact by moving something from its existing state to a more preferred state. The world needs rebuilding to become more sustainable and I strongly believe that capital must be aligned with this agenda for companies to be able to move in the right direction. I´m very grateful for being able to contribute to this journey.
