Summa Equity AB is the manager for the alternative investment funds, Summa Equity Fund I, Summa Equity Fund II, and Summa Equity Fund III. Summa Equity AB is registered as an authorized manager of alternative investment funds under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (2013:561), the Swedish enactment of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (2011/61/EU), with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen).
