Data storage when submitting a form
For processing of form data we use Sendgrid. The data is then sent to the employee in an encrypted format and protected with password. The email includes the user’s contact details, as well as the other data input to the form.
We collect and store the data we ask for via the forms on the following pages:
- For new investors
- Become a Summa company
- Newsletter request form (universal)
This data is collected and stored solely for the purpose of allowing Summa Equity to follow up with registered users and provide them with information about investment opportunities. We will not use this data for any other purpose, nor will we share it with any third parties without the user’s explicit consent.
Our website is hosted on WP Engine. WP Engine is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provides strict security measures to protect user data. WP Engine will never access or use your data without your explicit consent.
We take the security of user data very seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. Sendgrid also comply with industry standards for security and data protection, and regularly undergoes third-party audits to ensure compliance with the latest regulations.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect user data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We use MailChimp as our email marketing platform, and when you sign up we collect your email. This information is used to send you our newsletter and promotional materials.
