When I decided to be part of Summa, Summa was only an idea. The idea of changing the world to the better, by delivering world class returns through sustainable investments. Hopefully entailing that the rest of the finance industry would follow if they saw that a focus on sustainability is a way to improve returns. A lot has happened since, but I still love what I do and the reason why.
I am responsible for investor relations, and to ensure that we always have capital to invest. I also spend a lot of time on legal, tax, structuring and compliance, and I work closely with our Board of Directors. Further, I enjoy to take part in transactions when I have the time to do so, and I am responsible for co-investments.
Prior to joining Summa, I was Director and General Counsel of Nordic Capital, and prior to that I worked as a M&A lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling. I have a Master of Laws from Uppsala University, and a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
