Data storage when submitting a form

Our website is hosted on Fortrabbit, and we use Craft CMS to store user data that is collected through forms on our website. The forms in question are for registering interest as an investor or a company owner.

We only collect and store the data we ask for in the form on the following pages:

This data is collected and stored solely for the purpose of allowing Summe Equity to follow up with registered users and provide them with information about investment opportunities. We will not use this data for any other purpose, nor will we share it with any third parties without the user's explicit consent.

To send the collected data to the Summa Equity employee, we use Sendgrid as our email service provider. The data is then sent to the employee in an encrypted format and protected with password. The email includes the user's contact details, as well as the other data input to the form.

Fortrabbit is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provides strict security measures to protect user data. Fortrabbit will never access or use your data without your explicit consent.

We take the security of user data very seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. Sendgrid also comply with industry standards for security and data protection, and regularly undergoes third-party audits to ensure compliance with the latest regulations.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect user data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you have any questions or concerns about our data storage or email practices, please do not hesitate to contact us.
