Business has the transformative power to change and contribute to a more open, diverse and inclusive society. We also believe that one of the essential elements to win in the future sustainable economy is to ensure leadership diversity.

Women in Finance Charter aims to help increase the proportion of women in leading positions in the financial industry in Norway.

Summa Equity supports this mission and we are committed to following the four principles of the charter:

One member of the management team shall have a dedicated responsibility to ensure gender balance and inclusion across the organization.

Set internal goals for gender balance at management levels and in specialist functions.

Share the ambition that progress towards the goals will be reflected in the remuneration of our management team.
